Start with the paperwork, not the hype

“Research-grade” is a quality framing, not a medical promise. On this site it means products are presented as materials made to a specification, with documentation you can inspect — not as treatments, therapies, or pet prescriptions.

If a brand leads with outcomes and buries the label, that is a red flag. If a brand leads with lot numbers, purity fields, and a Certificate of Analysis path, you can evaluate the product on facts.

What belongs on a serious label

A useful research label is readable. Expect identity of the material, stated purity specification, lot number, manufacture and expiry fields, and storage context where relevant. Missing fields make matching a unit to its paperwork harder.
