Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping options, carriers, and timelines will be shown at checkout when ordering is available. Research materials may require temperature or handling notes on the order page.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is accepted and inventory is allocated. You will receive a confirmation email when that happens.

Returns

Return eligibility depends on product type and condition. Contact hello@bigdogpeptides.com before returning any package.
